I'm Alan, I'm 48, I live in Whitby, and if I win Miss World I want to... oh hang on that's the wrong speech. For years I had the ambition to be a writer, having found when I went through University as an adult learner that I enjoy playing with words, and I've finally done something about the ambition - my first novel, Emilie Undead, is now in print. Two more books will follow shortly, and maybe even some short stories as well
